Fjällbacka

This weekend was wedding free so I went to Fjällbacka to visit friends and have a long weekend. On the way down to Fjällbacka I mentioned that I had photographed Camilla Läckberg and Martin Melins wedding two years ago. Camilla s books are set in Fjällbacka. So to my surprise as I walked into the house, the first thing I saw was my wedding photos in Camilla and Christian Hellberg s book ‘Fest Mat & Kärlek’ . Dan who’s house we stayed in has spent every summer in Fjällbacka and actually was a neighbour to Christian. I just couldnt sit still when I was there and couldnt stop taking photo’s … I even walked up to the church on Saturday afternoon to see if there was a wedding there.

a few details..

Monday morning and Im looking at Saturdays reception details I became a event festfotograf and I loved everyminute working with Stockholms best . Orange is the predominant color , I just love the fine details very simple very beautiful . The food was oriental cuisine and the sushi was pure art . Villa Pauli and a Downton Abbey theme

Villa Pauli and a Downton Abbey  well they seem like they would be a marriage in heaven and they were on Saturday night.  On Saturday I was lucky to be working with the very talented Mariella Gink Stockholm Wedding planner . The theme for the dinner was Downton Abbey. Downton Abbey is an English  television series which I must confess I have never ever seen one show of.

All the guests wore period clothing , which really was wonderful to see , so how many  summer weddings will we see this year , it really is a wonderful look of classic clothing,  so  from chic vintage to classic I like the idea of that.  If you want to  see Downton Abbey 1910s clothing  you want to drop back to the blog, so keep looking at the blog this week .

Mariella couldnt of chosen a better venue than Villa Pauli with its red brick period exterior and its classic  furnishings indoors.   Villa Pauli is located in Djursholm.

Bröllop Brides Magazine

Brides Magazine Wedding magazine in U.K. has just sent me tear-sheets of a wedding at Goodnestone Gardens. I’ve always loved the real life section of the wedding magazines, I’m sure brides realyl do also. The magazines are always filled with ideas and inspiration from real weddings. As you can see from this wedding, I was a very busy wedding photographer.

My style has always been to try and photograph real moments, real people at weddings . Document the day in a cinematic way .

Fortunately, but when you’re shooting for Brides magazine, the couple has already booked a wedding photographer before I get the assignment. When Sarah and Jarons wedding Mary was their official wedding photographer, knew Jaron Maria from her studies at university.

 

Brides Magazine Bröllops magazine i UK har precis skickat mig tearsheets av en bröllop på Goodnestone Gardens. Jag har alltid älskat de verkliga delarna av bröllop tidningar, Im säker brudar verkliga brudar göra med. Fylld med idéer och inspiration från verkliga bröllop. Som du kan se från detta bröllop var jag en mycket upptagen bröllopsfotograf. Lyckligtvis men när du fotograferar för Brides magazine paret har redan en bröllopsfotograf bokas innan jag får uppdraget. Vid Sarah och Jarons bröllop Maria var deras officiella bröllopsfotograf, visste Jaron Maria från studier vid universitet.
