Wedding Venues

Finding a great venue to get married in Stockholm is not difficult at all, so not having a Stockholm wedding planner for this is Ok. Choosing though amongst the many beautiful Stockholm wedding venues on the other hand, could be a little overwhelming.

Here are some great venue recommendations:
Villa Pauli in Djursholm with incredible gardens views of the water, you have the feeling you are in the Swedish countryside, yet you are only 10 minutes from the city.
Hasselbacken– this is one of the most beautiful hotels you will ever find in Stockholm. The rooms have all been decorated perfected for a wedding photographer..
Stallmästaregården – another very popular Stockholm wedding venue, Stallmästaregården is especially beautiful during the summer and winter. This is not hard to believe, considering the astonishing beauty of the area.
Villa Källhagen – this place offers its visitors amazing views of the Nordic Museum and Djurgårdsbrunn Canal. It is definitely one of the best of its kind that you will ever be able to find in Stockholm.

But finding a good venue is not enough. Among the numerous other things that you will have to figure out is finding a good Stockholm wedding photographer. You will need someone with experience, proven track record and a great pair of hands to handle conditions that can easily change in Stockholm.
I have been a professional photographer for 30 years now and I have a lot of photos ad photography to prove it. I have photographed many different celebrities and a lot of fashion, but what I do best are weddings.

wedding photographer back in Stockholm

Back in Stockholm after photographing weddings in London and Manchester.  I had one wedding at a tennis club , the other on a farm .  I really wish more couples in Sweden would think outside of the box when it comes to your wedding venue .  When I receive enquiries for weddings in Stockholm it is normally always the same venues.    There are some stunning wedding in Stockholm venues though.

How would you do this , start with the reception and this is where fun starts , then let your imagination  loose  with a theme playing around in your head. You know that you want your wedding to have a contemporary feel and so then choose a  colour of choice and then work on a contemporary looking save the date card wedding invitation . Here in Stockholm there are many very creative designers to help with your wedding design.   As a wedding photographer here in Sweden I have a large collection of wedding photos for ideas and inspiration.

Summer Party Stockholm

Summer Party in Stockholm what a weekend nothing better for a wedding photographer finishing work and coming home to see my wife had inspired our first summer party of the year . This time of year I love , gardens are bursting into bloom , the light is beautiful  and everyone is so happy .  I could resist photographing this party event .  I think in the photo montage below it shows a nice blend of color , food and a great slice of life .

Who are you What do you look like ?

So this is me  the bröllopsfotograf , fotograf , the wedding photographer  … those that are meeting me this is what I look like  . My wife has told me never to use Google translate ever again  and just write in English …. however I have a problem there also I was born Dyslectic and Wordblind … luckily great wedding photos do not need wordcheck.  So when you look through my blog  and do happen to read something … and if there is a word missing please let me know.
